“We are a nonprofit organization dedicated to promoting the integration of migrants in Costa Rica through access to legal services, comprehensive support, and inclusion programs. We work to remove the barriers that prevent individuals from exercising their rights and to help them become fully integrated into Costa Rican society in a legal, dignified, and secure manner.”
Our history
Founded in Alajuela in June 2022 by a team of committed attorneys, the foundation was born from the need to integrate migrants — especially women heads of household and their families — into the socioeconomic and productive fabric of the country, and to strengthen their paths to personal and family development.
Our objectives
To remove economic barriers to legal representation, to defend the rights of vulnerable migrants, and to build a more just and welcoming Costa Rica.

The problem
